TopIndustryProfessionals.com is a website that receives nominees who are top performers in their field of expertise. For April 2015, T.I.P. was pleased to honor Chad T. Collins for his outstanding performance in the Counseling/Professional Services industry.
Chad Collins is a Generation Z Life Coach and Mentor for teenage boys. Chad has developed a successful coaching program called the Brofist 90 Day Challenge which takes young men through a mindset bootcamp and equips them with skills needed to win in both life and the classroom. One unique aspect of this program is it connects teens together through a private social media Facebook group. Mr. Collins says, “this allows teens to connect with their peers from coast to coast who are graduates of the Brofist Challenge, where they can now encourage and support one another. It adds the element of accountability and follow-up which are two important keys to continue life expansion in the mindset roadmap to success.”
In addition to being a Teen Life Coach and Mentor to GenZ young men, Mr. Collins is also a Special Education teacher. Having a heart that breaks for special needs children, Chad left the corporate boardroom this past fall for the classroom where he could best use his business career experience of training and development to fulfill a lifelong dream to impact students through teaching. Chad says, “I have created the life I desire and found the balance to have it all. Special Education teacher by day, Breakthrough Coach Mentor by afternoon, and Daddy-On-Fire by evening. There is no greater investment than the investment made in people. I’m in the people business no matter what I do or where I am.”
Chad’s track record of performance has followed him during his transition from corporate executive management to the educational system and private counseling. Mr. Collins has also been featured recently in a CNN article about teenage counseling moving towards social media and was interviewed by Small Business Trendsetters on the Brofist coaching program.
