New York Realtor Anthony Gucciardo hit #1 on the Amazon.com Category Best Sellers List on November 4, 2015 for the release of his book entitled The Real Estate Story of Anthony M. Gucciardo And His $500 Million Dollar Journey. The book also ranked No. 7 in the Business and Money category.
Anthony Gucciardo started his real estate career at the young age of 21. Despite being told numerous times that he was too young, and that no one would ever take him seriously, in less than 8 years he was quickly catapulted to broker owner of Gucciardo Real Estate Group. The now 32-year-old businessman has sold nearly $500 million in real estate and was voted Best Realtor by the Times Union in 2012. Gucciardo and his team were responsible for $66 Million in sales in 2014.
It wasn’t always easy for Gucciardo. When he started his career, he was very young, ambitious and aggressive. His much older colleagues did not always treat him fairly. This type of behavior made Gucciardo even more determined to succeed. Over the last 11 years he has become very well known in his community as an honest, hardworking and ethical businessperson.
