Strength U sports performance will offer speed, strength, power and overall athletic development training exclusively for youth athlete, both boys and girls, ages 10-18. Other services will include; nutritional counselling; individual and small group mental performance training sessions; on and off-site consulting and education for club, high school and college coaches and administrators; and Strength U for Girls, sports performance and injury prevention training designed to address the unique needs of female athletes and drawing from Coach Moreau’s vast experience and wildly successful track record working in women’s athletics.
JC Moreau is a 20 year veteran of Division I athletics, as both a player and coach, most recently as the Head Coach and Director of Strength & Conditioning at the Universities of Arkansas and Iowa from 2004-2011. He has coached several thousand athletes from over 30 NCAA Division I sports, including first round NFL and NHL draft picks, Olympic gold medalists, the 2013 Women’s British Open Champion Stacy Lewis and many more All-Americans and conference champions.
Mike Gillette is an international best-selling author, speaker, tactical training expert, a member of the martial arts hall of fame, Guinness book of world records holder, T.V. personality, and has served our nation as a SWAT commander and paratrooper. He has also been hired by several Fortune 500 CEOs and the Department of Homeland Security. As proof of Mike’s emergence as an international leader in his field he is currently working on-site as a mental performance consultant/coach with the world’s premier entertainment and artistic performance organization, Cirques Du Soleil, Las Vegas.
