Making Dad with Chip and Zach, a comedy podcast about fatherhood and parenting, was chosen as one of “four podcasts you shouldn’t miss out on” in the April 2016 issue of Parents Magazine. The podcast (http://makingdadshow.com) was described by the magazine as a parenting podcast that “feels more like a gossip session with two funny guy friends who aren’t afraid to make light of the craziness.” The duo signed on with CBS Radio’s play.IT podcast network last fall, which is home to many well-known national celebrities podcasts and an audience in the millions. Chip and Zach are now considered Internet celebrities in their own right.
“It’s a comedy podcast about fatherhood” says Chip Dolce, 42, of Rochester, NY. “We talk about all things related to being a parent – the good, bad and ugly – and have fun while doing it. Most people can relate because we’re real people… and not that ugly.” The show also features Dolce’s fiancé Emily Robischon, 36, of Rochester, who helps to “guide us in the right direction when we mess up.” says Dolce, not at all sarcastically (sarcastically).Anderson’s wife and good sport Jamie, 34, is frequently referenced during each show, though usually in the form of Zach’s updates after he misrepresents life with his kids in their home.
New episodes of Making Dad are released every Monday, and can be found exclusively on CBS Radio’s play.IT podcast network, in the iTunes Music Store or on their website at http://makingdadshow.com.
