Texas Pictures, knowing that they wanted teens as the main audience, assembled a team of high school students from all over Harris County to help create this harrowing documentary. Since working in conjunction with the HPD, they received rare behind the scenes footage of DWI enforcement, arrests and processing. Houston Police Department aren’t the only views the viewer gets to see. Perspectives from offenders, prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys are shown throughout the film
